HLN 2027: Data driven leadership
Op 4 februari 2027 staat Hotel Leaders Network in het teken van data driven leadership. Hoe kunnen hotelleiders data benutten om betere beslissingen te nemen, efficiënter te werken en sneller bij te sturen? En hoe kan technologie bijdragen aan een hotelbedrijf dat niet alleen wendbaar is in de dagelijkse operatie, maar ook strategisch, financieel en operationeel bestand is tegen onverwachte veranderingen?
De noodzaak is duidelijk. Recent onderzoek onder hotelleiders laat zien dat hotels in de dagelijkse operatie doorgaans goed kunnen schakelen, maar beperkt ruimte hebben om financiële tegenvallers op te vangen of vaste verplichtingen aan te passen. Bij margedruk worden investeringen, renovaties en onderhoud vaak als eerste uitgesteld.
