Forwarding to third parties
HIM only provides your personal data to one of its clients (your potential new employer) if you have applied directly for the position (this applies to HP.nl) or if you have given your consent (this applies to MJP).
These third parties are themselves responsible for the further processing of your data. We therefore advise you to read the privacy statement of the relevant third party carefully. However, we have made agreements with all third parties to whom we provide personal data, stipulating that they must in any event observe the same obligations as set out in this privacy statement.

If necessary, we will then keep only your name [and ??] so that we can register that you no longer wish to be approached for vacancies and/or receive invitations or mailings.
For the retention of personal data by the employer of the vacancy you applied for, please refer to its privacy policy.
Third parties
The information will not be shared with third parties, other than in the cases mentioned in this Privacy Statement.
